About the role
We are looking for a motivated Bilingual Spanish Recruiter to join our fast‑growing recruitment team. In this position you will source, assess and place candidates for our BPO clients, ensuring a high‑quality talent pipeline while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and attract qualified candidates for BPO positions through various channels.
- Conduct initial screening interviews in both Spanish and English.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from posting to offer negotiation.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and provide regular updates to hiring managers.
- Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO recruitment.
- Fluent Spanish (C1 level) and strong command of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
