About the role
FlairsTech is seeking a bilingual Travel Advisor to join its team in Qesm El Maadi. Working in a hybrid setting, you will assist clients in planning and booking travel while delivering exceptional service in both English and French.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound client inquiries related to travel arrangements.
- Provide personalized travel recommendations and bookings.
- Coordinate with travel partners to ensure smooth itineraries.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
Required profile
- Strong customer service orientation and focus on satisfaction.
- Proficiency in travel agency operations and itinerary planning.
- Advanced communication skills in both French and English.
- Attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities, and adaptability to hybrid work.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; travel‑industry experience is a plus.
