About the role
The Senior Spare Parts Stock Controller will be the backbone of operational efficiency, managing the flow and availability of essential automotive spare parts. This strategic role directly impacts service delivery and continuity within the logistics and supply chain functions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage large‑scale inventories with high variety and multiple alternatives for each part.
- Oversee sub‑warehouses across multiple distribution branches within the ERP system.
- Conduct stock analysis, turnover, aging, slow‑moving and dead stock reporting.
- Perform stock reconciliation, cycle counting, physical inventory and adjustments to maintain accuracy.
Required profile
- 5–10 years of proven stock/inventory control experience in the automotive spare parts industry.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Odoo ERP (or similar ERP systems)
- Advanced MS Excel and data analysis
