BIM Architecture Team Leader

About the role

The BIM Architecture Team Leader is a full‑time, on‑site position based in New Cairo. You will oversee the development, coordination, and management of BIM models for architectural projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of architects and BIM specialists, assigning tasks and reviewing deliverables.
• Guide architectural design processes within BIM platforms and resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and consultants to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Contribute to project planning, progress reporting, and implementation of BIM best practices.

Required profile

• Strong background in architecture and architectural design with ability to translate concepts into detailed BIM models.
• Demonstrated team‑leadership capabilities, including mentoring and workload management.
• Experience in project management covering planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field; professional licensure is a plus.
