Biomedical Engineer – Field Service (Cairo)

About the role

We are looking for a Biomedical Engineer to join our field service team in Cairo. You will be responsible for installing, adjusting, maintaining and repairing biomedical equipment for Imdad’s clients, ensuring high‑quality technical support on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance procedures according to manufacturers’ specifications and Imdad’s service level agreements.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers, promoting service contracts and identifying new opportunities.
• Complete accurate field reports using forms such as FSR, PPM Checklist, Salesforce and supplier reports.
• Follow supervisors’ instructions for technical tasks and continuously improve personal technical skills.
• Maintain a safe working environment both in the office and at client sites.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Electronics or Mechatronic Engineering.
• 1‑3 years of experience in biomedical equipment service.
• Score of at least 80 % on Imdad’s technical exam.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Strong background in electronics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience using Salesforce for reporting.
