About the role
The BIWS Regional Sales Manager will lead sales growth and expand distributor coverage across the assigned region. You will be responsible for aligning direct sales, distributor partnerships, and channel programmes to achieve national targets while providing market intelligence to the commercial team.
Key responsibilities
- Grow distributor coverage through direct sales and new distribution points.
- Develop and execute regional coverage plans aligned with national sales targets.
- Communicate channel programmes, trade offers and promotions to distributors and customers.
- Coordinate with trade marketing to ensure high‑quality execution of trade activities.
- Maintain in‑store visibility and brand standards across all distribution points.
- Manage monthly orders, stock planning and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Analyse distributor sell‑out data, provide insights and address concerns.
- Conduct regular market visits to gather competitor and customer intelligence.
- Prepare and submit regional performance, coverage and market reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or related field.
- 5+ years of sales or distribution management experience in automotive lubricants or a related industry.
- At least 2 years in a regional or managerial role.
- Strong commercial acumen, results‑driven mindset and problem‑solving ability.
