About the role
Argonaut for Engineering and Energy is seeking a Brand Manager to lead the commercial development and market growth of its fire safety equipment brand, RedShield, in Egypt. The role combines commercial strategy with technical insight to build a strong market presence for fire safety products.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and expand RedShield’s customer base across the Egyptian market.
- Drive sales growth and manage product positioning to meet market demand.
- Support stock movement and inventory planning for fire safety equipment.
- Coordinate with internal engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure brand alignment.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine brand strategy.
Required profile
- Strong commercial mindset with proven experience in brand development.
- Technical understanding of fire safety equipment and related products.
- Ability to translate market insights into actionable growth plans.
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional coordination skills.
