Business Developer – Lead Generation & Sales

About the role

NEXA is seeking a proactive Business Developer to drive lead generation and expand its client base for Odoo ERP and innovative software solutions. You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, engage prospects, and contribute to the company’s growth in a fast‑moving technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools.
• Conduct cold and warm calls to understand client needs and promote NEXA’s services.
• Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM system regularly.
• Develop targeted sales strategies to increase revenue and enter new markets.
• Prepare compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Represent NEXA at conferences, trade events, and networking opportunities.
• Monitor sales campaign performance, generate reports, and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on lead generation (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
