Business Development Manager – Dubai, UAE

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead our retail‑focused growth initiatives across the MENA region from our Dubai office. The role will drive new customer acquisition, expand key accounts and support the launch of retail concepts and interior solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow key retail accounts, building long‑term relationships with decision‑makers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Identify, research and qualify new leads in the retail sector, approaching prospects through multiple channels and converting opportunities into projects.
• Contribute to market‑share growth and penetration by spotting new projects that support business expansion in the MENA region.
• Acquire and develop new customers and projects, tailoring sales strategies and value propositions to each client.
• Provide regional customer support, acting as the main point of contact for all sales‑related topics, including upselling and cross‑selling.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, preparing structured analyses and feeding insights to management.
• Manage the product and service portfolio for the MENA territory, recommending adjustments based on feedback and market dynamics.
• Collaborate closely with the global sales team at headquarters to align regional actions with corporate objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales within the retail sector, preferably covering the MENA region.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trust‑based relationships with senior decision‑makers.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to translate market data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with internal and global stakeholders.
