Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the design and execution of local growth strategies, including geo‑expansion, vertical launches and unit‑economics optimisation within the mobility and delivery space. The role will drive go‑to‑market initiatives, build strategic partnerships and manage cross‑functional projects that deliver measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the mobility and delivery space.
• Analyse market trends and customer needs to create targeted go‑to‑market strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, operations and data teams to launch and scale initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and generate actionable reports using SQL and Tableau.
• Take full ownership of projects, driving execution with speed and efficiency.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in mobility, delivery or logistics.
• Strong decision‑making skills based on data insights and real‑world impact.
• Clear understanding of ownership culture – we need doers, not just planners.
• High personal productivity and self‑management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
