Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead initiatives to generate and engage with partners, driving new business opportunities for AlGihaz Group. The role requires strong communication, critical thinking, and the ability to execute strategic plans across multiple markets, including opportunities outside Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics to evaluate project efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.
• Deliver financial objectives and enhance KPI performance for project operations.
• Plan, control, and forecast budgets to meet financial targets.
• Support the Business Development team in identifying and prioritizing opportunities.
• Oversee operational aspects of company strategy and contribute to setting strategic goals.
• Execute partnerships that ensure technical and commercial qualification for projects.
• Manage detailed planning, scheduling, and reporting of business units.
• Develop and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Qualify AlGihaz for tenders outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and continuously improve business development processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 10‑15 years of experience in business operations or development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of executing successful development strategies.
• Goal‑oriented and able to prioritize company deliveries.
