Business Development Manager – LCA & EPD Services

About the role

AAA LCA is seeking an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to lead the growth of its Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) services. You will act as the bridge between technical sustainability experts and organisations that need to meet regulatory and market demands for environmental transparency.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage a sales pipeline targeting manufacturers, building‑material suppliers, FMCG brands and industrial enterprises.
• Conduct consultative selling by understanding client compliance needs, supply‑chain pressures and sustainability goals.
• Analyse market trends, regulatory changes and competitor activity to identify new high‑growth sectors and regions.
• Prepare high‑quality proposals, RFP responses and service presentations in close collaboration with the technical delivery team.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with sustainability directors, procurement heads and other key decision‑makers.
• Represent AAA LCA at industry conferences, webinars and sustainability forums to strengthen brand positioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 0–5 years of B2B business development, sales or account management experience, preferably within sustainability consulting, environmental software or carbon accounting.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and proactive, results‑oriented attitude.
• Strong passion for sustainability and helping companies improve their environmental impact.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales tools.
