Business Development Manager – MENA Region

About the role

Harmovest Capital is expanding across the MENA region and seeks a commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow its client base and strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for acquiring high‑value Forex and CFD traders, managing IB/affiliate relationships, and driving revenue in key GCC markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies for the MENA region.
• Acquire, onboard, and retain Forex/CFD traders and high‑value clients.
• Build, manage, and expand relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and strategic partners.
• Promote trading solutions across Forex, Indices, Commodities, Metals, Stocks, and Crypto CFDs.
• Support clients throughout onboarding, including account opening and platform adoption.
• Drive performance against KPIs such as new client acquisition, funded accounts, net deposits, trading activity, and IB‑generated revenue.
• Identify new market opportunities and represent the company at meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of experience in the Forex/CFD brokerage industry.
• Proven track record in Forex sales, trader acquisition, and IB/affiliate management.
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
• Existing network of traders or IBs in the MENA region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, etc.) is highly preferred.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Forex and CFD products.
• Proficiency with MT4 and MT5 trading platforms.
• Understanding of IB commission structures and client funding processes.
