Business Development Manager – Public Sector

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the public sector. You will act as an ambassador for Azeus Convene, promoting our award‑winning meeting and collaboration solution to senior executives and government organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company and promote its products to public‑sector prospects.
• Conduct daily cold‑calling using the CRM system to generate leads.
• Schedule virtual appointments with C‑level executives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a steady pipeline across various business sectors.
• Achieve personal and departmental targets based on calling and lead‑generation data.
• Inform potential clients about product features and services.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
• Maintain professional, courteous interactions aligned with brand values.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on sales and business development experience, preferably selling on‑premise and cloud business applications.
• Proven corporate sales achievements and experience with lead generation, RFPs, and commercial proposals.
• Experience presenting solutions to C‑level executives and handling key stakeholders in large organisations.
• Ability to travel within the designated region and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
