Business Development Manager – Retail Shopfitting

About the role

Egybell is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in retail shopfitting to drive growth across the MENA region. You will be responsible for expanding our footprint in the retail sector, managing key accounts, and securing new projects.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage and develop key retail accounts, building long‑term relationships with decision‑makers.
• Generate and qualify new leads in the retail and interior sectors, converting them into business opportunities.
• Increase market share through targeted penetration strategies and identify new projects for expansion.
• Acquire and develop new customers and projects in the MENA region with tailored sales strategies.
• Support existing regional customers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and adjust the portfolio accordingly.
• Collaborate with the global sales team to align regional and global objectives.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and achieve agreed sales targets.
• Manage resellers, conduct performance reviews, and provide training.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline and prioritize opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field.
• 5–10 years of sales experience within the GCC/MENA region.
• Proven track record in the retail industry, preferably with shopfitting or interior solutions experience.
• Strong understanding of retail client needs and ability to translate them into solutions.
