Business Development Operations Specialist

About the role

The Business Development Operations Specialist provides back‑office support for project operational governance, resource capacity checks and internal planning workflows for Business Development and live projects. The role reports directly to the Unit PMO Lead and works on‑site in Cairo.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain real‑time project logs, status updates and budget consumption in Odoo, coordinating with Finance.
• Execute planning and closure checklists, support project leaders with administrative documentation, and archive certificates, contracts and case studies.
• Perform Odoo availability checks for BD proposals, report capacity constraints and monitor resource gaps, recruitment and leave schedules.
• Coordinate onboarding, project allocation code setups, demobilisation activities and ensure weekly timesheet compliance in Odoo.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in PMO support, operations coordination, resource tracking or administrative data entry.

Required skills

• Basic operation of Odoo ERP system.
• Document archiving using SharePoint.
• Timesheet tracking and compliance monitoring.
