About the role

We are seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic, and results‑driven Business Development Associate to help expand our market presence, build strategic partnerships, and identify new growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with key partners and clients.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare detailed proposals, reports, and presentations for potential clients and stakeholders.
• Manage business trips and travel requirements as needed to meet clients and expand market reach.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of proven work experience in Business Development.
• Age must not exceed 30 years.
• Full flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as required by the business.
• Strong understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• Proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
