Business Development Specialist

About the role

Envision Employment Solutions is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Specialist with 1–3 years of B2B sales experience. The role blends new‑business acquisition, account management, and market expansion, with occasional international travel.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target, and acquire new clients across multiple industries through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns and networking.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, generate qualified leads and open new accounts.
• Conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, prepare customized proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, handling inquiries, concerns and coordinating with internal recruitment teams.
• Research and pursue opportunities in new countries and sectors, representing the company at events and meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing or a related field.
• 1–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in recruitment services, HR systems or software solutions.
• Proven cold‑calling and outbound prospecting abilities.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and client‑handling skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
