About the role

AmoyDx is seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead sales and business development for its oncology diagnostic solutions across the Middle East and Africa (MEA). The role focuses on building strategic partnerships, acquiring new customers, and driving revenue growth in a fast‑moving healthcare market.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oncology diagnostics sector across MEA.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, laboratories, hospitals, and other stakeholders.
  • Create strategic partnerships with distributors, healthcare systems, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements specific to the region.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet growth targets for diagnostic products and services.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing while ensuring high‑quality customer service.
  • Track sales performance metrics, produce regular reports and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Lead market‑penetration initiatives, including expansion into new territories.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and healthcare guidelines.
  • Work with regulatory teams to facilitate product approvals and registrations.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business or a related field (Master’s/MBA a plus).
  • 5–7 years of sales and business development experience in healthcare or diagnostics, preferably oncology.
  • Strong knowledge of the MEA healthcare and diagnostics market, including key players, regulatory environment, and distribution channels.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strategic partnerships.
