Buying Assistant (PWD) – Vendor Operations

About the role
This position supports vendors in using Amazon tools, managing purchase orders and shipments, and improving overall operational performance. It is open only to candidates who hold a valid PWD ID Card issued by the Ministry of Health.
Key responsibilities
- Assist vendors in becoming proficient with Amazon platforms and provide ongoing operational support such as PO management and shipment tracking.
- Interact directly with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and drive performance improvements.
- Lead process‑improvement initiatives and participate in stakeholder meetings.
- Collaborate with supply‑chain, fulfillment, planning and other internal teams to enhance vendor performance and operational metrics.
- Own operational challenges, analyse data, and implement corrective actions.
Required profile
- Fluent in spoken, written and read English with the ability to follow directions in English.
- Experience in account management.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong communication skills.
