Call Center Advisor (Hybrid)

About the role

VOIS Egypt is looking for a Call Center Advisor to join its hybrid team in 6th of October, Giza. You will handle customer inquiries through phone, email or chat and ensure a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Identify problems, troubleshoot, and provide accurate information or solutions.
• Document all interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Meet or exceed performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on VOIS products, services, and policies.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments for seamless service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing training and development sessions.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (C1 level) – mandatory.
• Cairo residents able to work in a hybrid model.
• College graduates only.
• Egyptian nationality.
• Strong soft and communication skills.
• Open to both males and females.
