Call Center Specialist – Telesales (On-site, Giza)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Call Center Specialist to join our team in Giza. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will promote Proleaders' training programs to prospective and existing clients over the phone, guiding them through the registration process and ensuring a smooth experience.

Key responsibilities

• Contact leads and present training services clearly and professionally.
• Answer inquiries, provide information on program outcomes, and assist with registration.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM or other tracking systems.
• Follow up on calls, meet individual and team sales targets, and report market trends.
• Handle basic customer support issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Collaborate with customer service and training teams to improve participant experience.

Required profile

• Strong sales and telesales abilities with a target‑driven mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Solid customer service experience, capable of building long‑term client relationships.
• Basic awareness of training programs and learning outcomes.
• Preferred education in Business, Marketing, Communications or related fields.
• Prior experience in a call‑center environment and proficiency with CRM tools are advantageous.
