Cash & Bank Accountant – Finance Department

About the role

The Cash & Bank Accountant will be responsible for overseeing all cash management activities, banking transactions, treasury operations, and daily liquidity across iVein Clinic’s network of clinics and business units. This role ensures accurate cash positioning, timely payments, and robust bank relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash balances across all company bank accounts and cash funds.
• Maintain accurate records of cash receipts and payments, and prepare daily cash position reports for management.
• Forecast short‑term cash requirements to guarantee sufficient liquidity for payroll, suppliers, operational expenses, and capital expenditures.
• Manage corporate bank accounts, process local and international transfers, and coordinate with banks on facilities, online services, guarantees, and documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations, investigate unreconciled items, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Support treasury planning and cash‑flow management, assist in weekly and monthly cash forecasts, and monitor credit facilities and banking limits.
• Process approved supplier payments, employee reimbursements, expense claims, and payroll‑related bank transfers.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in cash management, bank reconciliation, and treasury support.
• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work with multiple bank accounts and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and capacity to meet tight deadlines.
