Channel Manager – ENCA (Egypt, North & Central Africa)

About the role

ABB is seeking a Channel Manager for the ENCA region (Egypt, North & Central Africa) to develop and drive a high‑impact sales channel strategy. Reporting to the Regional Partner Business Director in Dubai, you will lead partner enablement, ensure profitable growth and strengthen ABB’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and drive the ENCA channel sales strategy aligned with overall sales and marketing goals.
• Set and track performance targets including volume, margin, pricing and product mix for channel partners.
• Develop and execute business plans with regular performance reviews and forecasting.
• Identify, evaluate and authorize channel partners in coordination with sales management.
• Drive partner enablement across pre‑sales and post‑sales activities to support execution excellence.
• Manage channel communication, promotion, training and development programmes to strengthen partner capability.
• Ensure compliance with ABB policies, channel governance, ethics, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor risks related to contracts, pricing and channel agreements.
• Coach, develop and organise the channel sales team while fostering cross‑functional collaboration.
• Build strategic relationships with key partners, customers and internal stakeholders to support growth.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in commercial, sales and channel management within industrial automation.
• 5+ years managing partners or system integrators in industrial automation.
• Strong knowledge of process control systems (DCS/PLC) and Level‑3 digital applications.
• Proven ability to develop and execute channel sales strategies and achieve growth targets.
