About the role

Cairo Eats Catering is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to lead the Garde‑Manger (cold kitchen) section. You will be responsible for preparing high‑quality cold dishes, salads, and appetizers while maintaining strict hygiene and presentation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present premium cold dishes, salads, and appetizers for events and catering operations.
• Manage mise en place for the Garde‑Manger section, ensuring all ingredients are ready and organized.
• Enforce food safety and hygiene standards consistently throughout the cold kitchen.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
• Support menu execution for corporate events, private functions, and large‑scale gatherings.
• Collaborate closely with the broader kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar cold‑kitchen role.
• Strong knowledge of cold kitchen preparation techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player with good communication abilities.
