Client Relation & Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Client Relation & Business Development Manager to lead and grow our client portfolio. The role combines strategic account management with proactive business development to maximise revenue and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and deepen relationships with assigned clients, coordinating with design, sales, creative, advertising, logistics, marketing and other internal teams to deliver high‑quality service.
• Develop and execute strategic plans that improve client results and meet set revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue cross‑sell and upsell opportunities, handling leads from qualification to proposal, pricing and deal closure.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to anticipate client needs and retain business.
• Oversee accounts receivable collections, resolve invoice disputes, and manage contract renewals, annexes and price adjustments in collaboration with Finance, Governance and HR departments.
• Collaborate with the Commercial department to present value‑added service proposals and drive additional sales.
• Set and track performance metrics, providing regular reporting to senior management.

Required profile

• 10–13 years of management experience in client‑facing or commercial roles.
• Proven track record in client satisfaction management and business development.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience in market research and analysis.
• Solid understanding of financial budgeting processes and performance reporting.
