Client Success Manager - Medical Background

About the role

Kepler is hiring a Client Success Manager with a medical background and 4-7 years of experience to lead healthcare client relationships, drive business growth and manage strategic partnerships. The role is based in Cairo, Egypt, full-time and hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Lead healthcare client relationships from onboarding to successful delivery.
• Manage, retain and grow key healthcare accounts through proactive communication and strategic follow-ups.
• Build strong, long-term partnerships with healthcare clients, professionals and brands.
• Lead proposals, negotiations, upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop existing accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and outstanding project delivery.
• Use your medical background to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and understand client needs.
• Deliver insights, reports and performance analysis with strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a medical field (mandatory).
• 4-7 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management or Sales.
• Experience in a marketing agency or healthcare environment is highly preferred.
