Clinic Assistant (Healthcare Coordination)

About the role

Spectra Cure Clinic is seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant to join its multidisciplinary team in Cairo. The role focuses on ensuring smooth patient flow, accurate documentation, and effective communication between clinicians, reception staff, and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate patient follow‑up appointments to maintain continuity of care.
• Assist with clinical examination documentation and keep patient records up to date.
• Prepare and record meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
• Maintain accurate clinical and administrative data for reporting and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with the reception team on scheduling changes, confirmations, and patient communications.
• Generate regular administrative and operational reports for management.
• Support efficient clinic operations by facilitating communication among clinicians, staff, and patients.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Compassionate, professional patient care in a non‑clinical support capacity.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Medical degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Background or experience in pediatrics is required.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with clinic management software and general computer applications.
