CRM & Sample Specialist (Contractor)

About the role

The CRM & Sample Specialist supports field colleagues by governing customer data, managing the HCP universe, and ensuring proper sample distribution. This contractor position bridges technology and commercial operations to enhance CRM tool utilization.

Key responsibilities

• Own and administer the CRM platform, handling issue and change request management.
• Develop and maintain data management practices for sales force automation systems.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage global deliverables.
• Prepare load files for cycle‑plans, org structure, territory alignments and digital promotional materials.
• Facilitate data mapping, governance and support sales and marketing stakeholders.
• Manage sample upload, tracking, reconciliation and enforce sample policies across geographies.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
• Proven understanding of field force deployment processes.
• Project management experience and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Advanced level of English.

Required skills

• CRM platform administration (Veeva, etc.).
• Experience with Veeva Vault, Marketo, HCP Consent DB and RDM systems.
• Data management, data governance and UAT coordination.
• Sample management and compliance processes.
