Clinic Sales Team Leader (Aesthetic Clinic Manager)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage an aesthetic clinic, overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. The role supports the personal branding strategy of a leading plastic surgeon.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the clinic team, including aesthetic consultants, receptionists, and customer service staff.
• Monitor sales performance, appointment conversion rates, and overall clinic KPIs.
• Ensure an outstanding patient experience throughout the entire customer journey.
• Prepare performance reports and implement action plans to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize campaign performance and patient acquisition.
• Manage staff schedules, resolve operational challenges, and maintain high service standards.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate team members for continuous development.
• Support the implementation of the doctor’s personal branding strategy and contribute to clinic growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing an aesthetic, dermatology, laser, or plastic surgery clinic.
• Proven experience leading teams and achieving sales and operational targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience monitoring KPIs, reporting, and performance management.
• Excellent organizational and decision‑making skills.
• Experience with CRM and clinic management systems is a plus.
