Co-packing Operations Specialist

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Co-packing Operations Specialist and drive the efficient execution of co‑packing activities across service, cost, safety, quality and compliance. You will collaborate with internal teams and third‑party logistics partners to ensure seamless production flow and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead co‑packing operations, overseeing service levels, cost control, health & safety, quality, food defense, sustainability and legal compliance.
• Manage inventory, interface monitoring, track‑and‑trace, claims and invoice processes.
• Support the management team with inventory and bill‑of‑material administration.
• Create and close weekly production purchase orders, ensuring accurate pricing, WIP SKUs and BOM data.
• Coordinate timely delivery of WIP and packaging items to co‑packers and distribution centers.
• Resolve logistical, administrative and invoice discrepancies.
• Monitor inbound and outbound transport movements to and from co‑packers.
• Execute SAP transactions for stock movements, backflush, and consumption at co‑pack sites.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics, co‑packing, manufacturing or replenishment.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and ability to persevere through setbacks.
• Excellent organization skills with the capacity to meet deadlines and set priorities.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Attention to timeliness and accuracy in all tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP processes.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word.
• Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint.
