Commercial Director

About the role
We are looking for a Commercial Director to drive revenue growth and lead a high‑performing sales organisation. The role combines strategic sales planning, client servicing across POSM and retail production, and cross‑functional leadership to ensure profitable delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Own revenue targets, generate new leads, meet clients and close deals using value‑based selling.
- Maintain pipeline health, forecast accuracy and run daily/weekly sales cadences.
- Service clients in POSM, branding, retail production, agency/studio, design, activation, events and exhibitions.
- Recruit, coach, train and develop the sales team to meet individual and collective goals.
- Collaborate with production, design and finance teams to ensure deliverable and profitable solutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 8–10 years of commercial or sales leadership experience.
- Background in POSM, branding, retail production or advertising.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling sales teams.
