Construction and Fitting Out Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction and Fitting Out Supervisor to lead on‑site operations in Giza, Egypt. You will ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all on‑site construction and fitting‑out activities, adhering to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Manage and mentor a team of construction professionals, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance environment.
• Implement stringent quality control measures and oversee health and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to maintain seamless project flow.
• Monitor progress, identify issues early, and apply corrective actions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of hands‑on experience in construction and fitting‑out projects.
• Proven ability to lead on‑site teams and manage complex project lifecycles.
• Strong background in engineering, construction, or civil architecture.
