Senior Landscape Architect Engineer

About the role

TRAVCO GROUP is looking for a Senior Landscape Architect Engineer in Sheikh Zayed, Giza. The role leads landscape projects from concept through completion, working closely with architects, engineers and urban designers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead landscape projects from concept stage through completion
• Review IFC and tender drawings, coordinate with MEP and architectural drawings, and develop coordinated shop drawings
• Develop and present creative, technically sound landscape design concepts aligned with project goals, client expectations and industry standards
• Collaborate with engineering, MEP and urban design teams, and review design deliverables for quality and accuracy
• Produce working drawings and detailing for landscape projects
• Prepare BOQs and quantity surveys for tendering purposes

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Planning or Architecture Engineering
• 7-10 years of experience as a landscape engineer
• Hotels and real estate experience is a must; previous experience with a renowned design consultancy or real estate developer is highly valued; residential project experience is a plus

Required skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk applications
• Strong detailing skills across landscape disciplines (hardscape and softscape)
• Familiarity with landscape construction methods, materials and site implementation processes
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
