Construction Manager – Project Oversight & Site Supervision

About the role

We are looking for a Construction Manager to lead the day‑to‑day construction activities of a large‑scale project. The role involves overseeing on‑site execution, ensuring compliance with specifications, and driving continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily construction operations, including fabrication, recommissioning, load‑out, offshore installation, hook‑up, pre‑commissioning and commissioning.
• Prepare, review and approve the Project Execution Plan (PEP) from a construction perspective and ensure its implementation.
• Document lessons learned and support project close‑out activities.
• Monitor progress, risks and opportunities and report regularly to the Project Manager.
• Control changes to specifications, scope and drawings, ensuring proper documentation.
• Review man‑hour and duration forecasts for on‑shore and offshore activities and adjust resource plans accordingly.
• Track construction productivity and schedule performance, investigate deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Promote a strong safety culture and adhere to company safety standards.
• Perform any additional ad‑hoc projects or duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 8–11 years of experience in construction sites, with a focus on residential compounds.
• Proven problem‑solving, leadership and organisational abilities.
