Construction Recruiter – Onsite Specialist

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based at Sheraton El Nozha and focuses on recruiting talent for construction projects. The Recruitment Specialist will manage the complete hiring cycle, ensuring the right candidates are attracted, assessed, and integrated into the workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Identify hiring needs in collaboration with project managers and department heads.
• Create and post job advertisements for construction‑related roles.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the selection process.
• Oversee onboarding procedures for new hires.
• Organize and support training programs for recruited staff.
• Provide ongoing assistance to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment within the construction sector.
• Strong interviewing and communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with local labor laws and best hiring practices (a plus).
• Availability to start within one week of offer.
