Construction Team Leader - Ras Al Hekma

About the role

Innovo Group is looking for a Construction Team Leader for the Ras Al Hekma project. The role leads and supervises a team of construction workers on site, making sure tasks are done safely, efficiently and in line with project plans and schedule. It is the first line of leadership on site and bridges communication between the workforce and management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise skilled and unskilled workers carrying out construction activities on site.
• Make sure work follows technical drawings, specifications and safety standards.
• Assign tasks and monitor progress against daily and weekly targets.
• Report progress, delays or issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
• Keep tools, equipment and materials efficient and well maintained.
• Enforce safety procedures and run daily safety briefings.
• Help solve on-site problems and adjust work plans when needed.
• Coordinate between trades such as civil and MEP to avoid site conflicts.
• Maintain discipline and a productive environment, and check workmanship quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 6 years of experience in construction.
• Good knowledge of construction techniques, materials and site operations.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
