Content Creator & Influencer Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative and trend‑savvy professional to lead short‑form video production and influencer collaborations for our fragrance brand. The role focuses on generating engaging TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Snapchat content that amplifies brand awareness and drives community interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, edit and publish high‑quality vertical videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and other short‑form platforms.
• Create daily Instagram Stories and behind‑the‑scenes posts to keep the audience engaged.
• Develop content concepts aligned with trends, seasonal campaigns and product launches.
• Identify, negotiate with and manage influencers and UGC creators, ensuring content matches brand identity.
• Capture product, lifestyle and event footage in‑store and on‑site.
• Monitor social media trends, viral formats and platform updates to keep content fresh.
• Collaborate with the marketing and brand teams to execute content calendars and campaign launches.
• Analyze performance metrics and continuously refine creative strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation, social media or influencer marketing.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, Snapchat and emerging social trends.
• Proven track record of managing influencer collaborations.
• Excellent mobile videography and photography abilities.
• Experience in fragrance, fashion, luxury or e‑commerce brands is a plus.
