Corporate B2B Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Corporate B2B Sales Executive to drive new business and manage existing corporate accounts within the hospitality and tourism sector. Based in Cairo, you will act as the main point of contact for corporate clients, travel partners and business accounts, promoting our travel services and destination experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new corporate B2B business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel partners and business accounts.
• Conduct sales meetings, presentations and client visits on a regular basis.
• Promote company services, travel products and destination experiences.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into long‑term partnerships.
• Maintain and grow existing corporate accounts while achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and partnership agreements.
• Coordinate with reservations and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines and CRM records.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Attend networking events, trade fairs and business development activities.
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Required profile

• Currently based in Giza or Cairo, Egypt.
• 2–4 years of B2B experience in hotel concierge, hospitality or tourism sales.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals and achieving sales targets.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Valid driving licence.
