Creator Marketing Manager (Temporary Contract)

About the role

Red Bull is looking for a Creator Marketing Manager on a temporary contract in Cairo. The role manages and executes the Creator Marketing strategy within its market, aligning with global strategies while adapting to local needs, and works closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver creator-led projects and activations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategic framework for Creator Marketing in the market and adapt global strategies to local business objectives
• Build, maintain and manage a brand-fitting Creator roster, pitching new talent and keeping up with industry trends
• Integrate creators into events, projects and formats, and plan, execute and report on creator-led projects
• Ensure credible product integration into creators' content and that all content meets brand guidelines
• Monitor, track and report on program performance, refining reporting and sharing insights with the wider team including HQ

Required profile

• At least 3 years of professional experience in the creators / social media influencers industry, media and event production
• History of working with creators, contracts and content creation
• Clear understanding of the entertainment and creators' industry
• Strong project management skills, including leading external agencies, production companies and freelancers
• Strong communication, writing and presentation skills, with a creative, innovative and team-oriented approach
