CRM Marketing Specialist

About the role

Boutiqaat is seeking a creative and analytical CRM Marketing Specialist to elevate customer engagement across its e‑commerce beauty and lifestyle platforms. You will design and execute personalized, data‑driven campaigns that turn new users into loyal fans while ensuring compliance with global regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Craft and launch email, push, and multi‑channel campaigns that resonate with customers.
• Develop automated journeys and lifecycle programs using platforms such as Clever Tap or Insider.
• Design and run A/B tests, monitor KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions) and continuously optimise performance.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to produce visually appealing messaging.
• Trigger campaigns based on user behaviour, milestones and events.
• Maintain GDPR, CAN‑SPAM and other compliance standards.
• Report on campaign results, share insights and recommend strategies to boost loyalty, LTV and reduce churn.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in CRM or email marketing.
• Experience in e‑commerce, beauty or lifestyle brands is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g., Clever Tap, Insider).
• Basic HTML/CSS for email customisation.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets abilities.
• SQL knowledge (optional but beneficial).
