CRM Marketing Specialist

About the role

Boutiqaat is looking for a creative and analytical CRM Marketing Specialist to elevate customer engagement across its e‑commerce beauty and lifestyle platforms. You will design and execute data‑driven, multi‑channel campaigns that turn new users into loyal fans while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and launch email, push‑notification and other multi‑channel campaigns that personalize the customer experience.
• Create automated lifecycle journeys and triggered campaigns using platforms such as Clever Tap or Insider.
• Conduct A/B tests, monitor KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions) and continuously optimise performance.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure messaging is both effective and visually appealing.
• Maintain GDPR, CAN‑SPAM and other compliance standards and produce regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in CRM or email marketing.
• Experience in e‑commerce, beauty or lifestyle brands is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM/marketing automation tools (Clever Tap, Insider or similar).
• Basic HTML and CSS for email customisation.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• SQL knowledge (optional but beneficial).
