Customer Care Executive – Inbound US Voice Sales & Upselling

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Care Executive for our inbound US voice process, focused on delivering exceptional service and driving sales through upselling. You will be the first point of contact for callers, addressing their needs and capturing sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from US customers in a professional, courteous manner.
• Listen actively, ask probing questions, and understand customer needs.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, pricing, and promotions while identifying upsell opportunities.
• Handle objections with empathy, work to resolve concerns, and close sales.
• Document all interactions, inquiries, and sales details in the company CRM system.
• Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company offerings, industry trends, and best practices.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a call‑center environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and quick thinking.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced setting.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
