About the role
Teleperformance Egypt is seeking enthusiastic Customer Care Representatives to join its international telecom account in New Cairo. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality support to English‑speaking customers and solving their issues efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer support for the telecom account, handling inquiries and resolving problems.
- Communicate clearly in English with customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Work rotational night shifts as required.
Required profile
- Strong English communication skills (B2–C1 level).
- Open to graduates, gap‑year students, or individuals without a degree.
- Willingness to work night and rotational shifts.
Required skills
- Customer‑focused attitude.
- Patience and good problem‑solving abilities.
