Customer Experience Lead

About the role

Blended is seeking a Customer Experience Lead to own the full lifecycle of school customers on its AI‑driven platform. This is a strategic, not a support, position focused on onboarding, training, adoption and long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end onboarding for new schools.
• Deliver training sessions to administrators, teachers and staff.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of schools.
• Drive product adoption and engagement across the customer base.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer needs, escalations and feedback.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to relay insights.
• Monitor customer health metrics and proactively reduce churn.
• Ensure continuous value delivery from the platform.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Experience, Customer Success or Technical Account Management.
• Strong product and design sensibility.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude Code and Claude Co‑work.
• Excellent conflict‑management and influencing abilities.
• Proven track record in training and presenting to users.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with exceptional communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and self‑driven.
• Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like ClickUp.
• Background in EdTech or school environments is a plus.
