Lecturer – Commerce & Business Administration (Various Specializations)

About the role

Future University in Egypt is recruiting Lecturers for its Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration across a range of modern specializations. The successful candidates will join a vibrant academic community, delivering high‑quality teaching, conducting research, and supporting student development.

Key responsibilities

• Teach assigned undergraduate and graduate courses within the chosen specialization, including practical and applied sessions.
• Develop and regularly update course materials, design assessments, and ensure fair grading.
• Conduct scholarly research, publish in indexed journals, and seek external research funding.
• Supervise graduate students, guide their theses, and mentor them academically.
• Participate in university committees, accreditation processes, and community‑service initiatives aligned with sustainable development goals.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in one of the listed specializations (Digital Marketing, Accounting, MIS, Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship, HR Management, Logistics & Supply Chain, Finance, Analytic Finance) awarded within the last five years or recognized by the Supreme Council of Universities.
• Fluency in English (spoken, written, and read).
• Proficiency with e‑learning platforms such as Moodle.
• Familiarity with academic databases (Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar).
• Ability to integrate Artificial Intelligence tools into teaching and research.
