Customer Experience Partner – Hematology (Mansoura)

About the role

The Customer Experience Partner – Hematology will lead Sanofi's oncology sales activities in the Mansoura territory. You will promote the Sarclisa product to oncologists and hematologists, ensure high‑quality scientific communication, and deliver a differentiated customer experience that supports patient outcomes and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Execute territory‑level sales strategies aligned with national and regional commercial plans.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets for Sarclisa through structured call cycles and a territory business plan.
• Deliver compliant, balanced product presentations and provide scientific information to HCPs.
• Identify, map, and prioritize key accounts; build strong relationships with oncologists, hematologists, hospital pharmacists and other decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access and Marketing to deliver integrated customer solutions.
• Monitor competitive landscape, record all interactions in the CRM system, and provide regular territory reports.
• Ensure all activities comply with Sanofi’s Code of Ethics, local regulations and industry codes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in oncology or hematology sales within Egypt.
• Strong knowledge of the Sarclisa product and the oncology therapeutic area.
• Ability to develop and execute a territory business plan and meet sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with healthcare professionals.
• Commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with industry standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for activity tracking and reporting.
