Customer Insights Senior Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Insights Senior Lead to join SuperPay’s Growth team. You will turn customer and market data into actionable insights that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue across the payments journey.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer behavior across the full payments funnel, from acquisition to churn.
• Build and maintain insights on user segments, transaction patterns, and growth drivers.
• Identify drop‑off points and friction in the payment journey and recommend improvements.
• Support Growth initiatives with data‑driven insights for campaigns, product changes, and performance optimisation.
• Design, run, and analyse A/B tests and experiments to evaluate impact on conversion and engagement.
• Monitor competitor fintech products and growth strategies in local and global markets.
• Track key growth KPIs such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retention, transaction frequency, and revenue per user.
• Build dashboards and reports for Growth, Marketing, and Product teams using BI tools.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, and Marketing teams to translate business questions into analytical outputs.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across reporting and analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics or a related field.
• 3‑6 years of experience in customer insights, growth analytics, business intelligence or data analysis.
• Experience in fintech, payments, e‑commerce or subscription‑based businesses is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into clear growth actions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent in English.
