About the role
iSchool is looking for a motivated Customer Support Chat Intern to join its e‑learning team. You will work directly with students, parents, and educators, providing assistance through online chat and helping them navigate the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers via chat to answer questions and resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot basic technical problems related to the e‑learning platform.
- Assist with onboarding by guiding users through registration.
- Document interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Support the broader support team in maintaining a positive user experience.
- Participate in training sessions to deepen product knowledge.
Required profile
- Junior or senior university students, or recent graduates.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in communication, education, or a related field.
- Strong written English with clear, professional communication.
- Basic technical aptitude and eagerness to learn e‑learning tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Passion for education and helping others succeed.
