About the role
Celest Developments, a long‑standing real‑estate developer, is seeking a Customer Service professional to join its team in the Agamy area of Alexandria. The role focuses on assisting clients and residents of the company’s residential projects, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and timely resolution of inquiries. Celest Developments has been self‑financing its projects for over 20 years and has delivered more than 3,500 residential units across Greater Cairo, Alexandria, Matrouh and the North Coast.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Minimum two years of experience in customer service.
- Background in real‑estate is preferred.
- Resident of Agamy or nearby areas is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
